A healthy company culture is a place where employees aren’t afraid to ask questions. Leadership is comfortable with answering and demonstrating. Managers lead by example and employees don’t fear making mistakes while learning. Employees should feel comfortable being themselves (or a more professional version of themselves) knowing their environment is one of health.

Summit Information Resources’ goal is to keep receiving the honor of Minnesota Business’ Top 100 Places to Work, but not just for the plaque. We value each of our employees. Their contributions, personality, and experiences make our team unique. Our team culture is fun, hardworking, and always a safe environment.
