Communicate with a live person every time: You have the option of contacting SGC for support by phone or email 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You’ll never reach a phone tree. A live person – AKA “first responder” – will answer the phone and start collecting the info they need to begin addressing your problem right away.
Certified expert technicians: First responders will take action immediately to get certified expert technicians on the case to fix your issue. SGC eliminates red tape to get you to a fix in minimal time.
Fast, cost-effective parts replacement: If it’s determined that you need a part replaced, we can ship 24/7/365 from 32 depots located in major U.S. cities.
Onsite expert field engineers: Need an on-site engineer to replace your new part for you? This can also be available as part of your SGC agreement.
